Common questions

How long are the flights?

Our scheduled tours range from 15 minutes to approximately 2.5 hours. Longer private experiences can also be arranged.

Can we land during the tour?

Selected helicopter tours include a scenic landing, while airplane tours remain in the air.

What happens if the flight is cancelled due to weather?

If we cancel your flight because conditions are unsuitable, we will offer to reschedule your tour or provide a full refund.

Can I join a tour if I’m travelling alone?

Yes. You can book as a solo traveller, and we will do our best to combine your booking with other passengers. All departures remain subject to the tour’s minimum passenger requirement.
